Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus is a suite of productivity and collaboration applications that includes always up-to-date versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams. Each user can install Office 365 ProPlus on multiple devices. There is a limit of up to 5 installations on computers (e.g. Windows, macOS), and 5 installations on tablets and phones (e.g. iOS, iPadOS, Android).

This Office 365 ProPlus installation process covers only college-owned devices. In addition to installing the latest iteration of Office 365, it removes the deprecated Skype for Business and replaces it with Teams, which brings people, conversations, files, and tools into one workspace application. The Office 365 ProPlus upgrade may take up to 30 minutes to complete.

Quit any open Microsoft Office applications, including OneNote and Teams before proceeding with the installation process.

In the Windows 10 search box next to the start menu, search for and open Software Center.
Click Install Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.
On the following prompt, click Install.
Follow on-screen prompts to install Office 365 ProPlus.
In the Software Center application, click Close.
After the installation process is finished, restart the computer.
Upon restart, in the Windows 10 search box next to the start menu, search for and open Office. Office 365 ProPlus applications on the web can be accessed via office.com.
If any Office applications were pinned to the taskbar prior to the upgrade, they will need to be re-pinned.

In the macOS menu bar, click Go and then click Applications.
Open the Self Service application.
Sign in with your Netpass username and password.
Click Install Office 365 ProPlus.
On the following prompt, click Install Office.
Follow on-screen prompts to install Office 365 ProPlus.
After the installation process finishes, click Close.
After the installation process is finished, restart the computer.
Upon restart, in the macOS menu bar, click Go and then click Applications. Office 365 ProPlus applications on the web can be accessed via office.com.
For the best experience, open the Word application and sign in or activate it to Office 365, if prompted.
